this thing has been bothering me for ages but i never bothered to find the answer
in the attatch image, i had used the "cut" tool in FL Studio's playlist to cut a small section of my wav file out because, for example, it didn't match to the beat so now after cutting teh small segment out, how do i move the wav file to the next beat, either the previous line or the next line instead of having it start in the middle of those two lines...
i hope i made my question clear... let me know what you guys think.

u can go to "snap"(next to metronome...)and select "none",then u can drag the file wherevere u want.
