The new site has finally been launched! I finished it last week, and some pretty exciting things are going on. Check it out - http://www.djjoedrust.com
First, we have a new business contact who we've locked down Friday nights at Evolution for quite some time. The first DJ we've booked is Sean Miller (Boa resident/Stereo Productions/Harlem Records - Lawler's label). Sean will be spinning this Friday night from 12-4, and Joe is opening for him.
Joe will be opening for all of the DJs I/we bring in, and I'm working on a few other big TO DJs (to be named later). This will hopefully get Joe the exposure he need, and get him some gigs in Toronto.
Second, his new fall promo is available on the Music page, and it is TRIBAL MADNESS! We listened to the prototype for his fall promo on the way up to TO two weeks ago, and he did a complete 180! I don't think there is one track that was on that original promo! If anyone wants any of the promos on CD, please contact me via the form or e-mail link on the Contact page.
Special thanks to Vince from VinylJunkies for his work on the 'splash' screen image, as well as his assistance on the banner.
The only unfinished part of the site is the Photos page, and I've been pretty busy with school, so I haven't had much time to play with the gallery software. I'm going to keep that pretty quiet until it's loaded because the software is unreal...I've never seen ANYTHING like it!
Thanks everyone for reading. This is pretty exciting new for both Joe and myself, and his hard work is finally showing signs of paying off! |

Thanks for all the feedback - if def really helps to hear from other peoples perspectives.
Thanks also for taking the time to download the mixes and listening as well, as for a long time those live mixes had been my only outlet until earlier this year.
Also thanks for all the random help we have received - the way the site is now would of never been the same.

Thanks for the props in your biog.
If you haven't heard this guy play, what are you waiting for? Buffalo is only a hop, skip and jump away.
Looking forward to playing with Joe again on the 10th at Evolution.

i agree 110% joe is one of the nicest and hottest up and coming DJ's out there. i love listening to his mixes while pretending to work and while running.
congrants with all that is going on Joe...and soon you must come spin in BC.
i miss partying with X1 and the Buffalo Boys...and MARK!!!
