Hi All, Really Sorry i didn't catch you earlier, Had to wait 24 hours for the membership. I just wanted to explain and appologize about the Eshop and why it took so long for you to get your CD's n Stuff.
The label is run by myself & Adam white and we really thought it would be a great I dea to have a new website for the label to replace the now dated mattdarey.com site.....kind of like a fresh start for the new label. However it was a massiveundertaking, much more than we expected, I mean all the technical side of things was a bit mind blowing......I know a load more about php n stuff now.
Any how, at the same time as getting the shop working how we wanted it (which was a very evolutionary process) we were also releasing our first records Li Kwan, Lost Tribe and now Liberation which involved getting the remixes commisioned and working closeley with the remixers at every stage to ensure the final mixes were what we wanted.......most of them turned up not being quite like the final product and needed a lot of work.
Then on top of this we were also setting up our manufacturing & distribution network for vinyl which wasnt very smooth to begin with ( I could go into deatail but I wont bore you). In addition to this we also had to get the exclusive CD stock and Merchandise for the shop.......we had it all ordered well in advance of the launch, in fact early August. Unfortunately just before the opening of the shop the guys who were supposed to be delivering the range of 6 CD's for the shop let us down at the last min. We then had to franticly search around for someone else to do this.......that was a bit of a nightmare and we felt that no one could quite do the job properly in the short runs we required.........so we decided to buy in our own manufacturing equipment, this took 3 weeks to arrive, but as soon as it did we had a week to work things out and then we started producing stock..........
Then the inlay/ On Body designer let us down by having the tracklists wrong and all sorts.....By this point you can imagine Im pulling my hair out!!!!............
Finally we got the stock in sufficiant quantities to start posting out orders (up to 6 weeks late!!!).
Trying to balance all this with the running of the label, my DJing carreer and working in the studio (which has suffered a bit due to all this) was a bit of a struggle......
However, We are right on top of things now...you learn by your mistakes and what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger!!!
Now we have our own manufacturing facility, and a faster and more reliable posting system....after all the we went throught we now have a tight ship and will be doing our best to make it up to you with some great new releases...ON TIME!!!
Now I have all the label & shop mechanism in place Im finally getting to spend some quality time in the studio so watch out for some new tunes coming your way.

Hi Matt
I can imagine setting up a new label requires a certain amount of time & dedication to get off the ground. Im glad that more & more artists such as yourself are embracing this new medium to expand the music globally.
Also im just wondering if "Angel" will make a reappearance, as it one of your most uplifting tracks imo. I hope the new business venture goes well.

Thanks for clearing things up, Matt!
Will order a bunch of records soon from the EShop, i hope (if i find time), some of the exclusive CDMs i guess. ;)
