I've heard of them through a buddy of mine who got me into Aphex Twin, Squarepusher etc. I do like Autechre as well...such good IDM...

Indeed! I've been a long-time fan of Plaid, though I personally have a hard time listening to Autechre, as a lot of their stuff tends to have some ever-changing rhythmic qualities that I find particularly annoying ;)

I need to hone my DJing skills, there's a lot of IDM stuff that I like that would fit quite nicely with some more well-known progressive stuff, like Kosmas Epsilon and Sasha... If only there were more hours in the day :D
