EXACTLY. me too, that's funny. i hate when this other chick i work with comes over and tells me stories. she's the type that gets WAY off topic. it's ridiculous.
example (i'm bored).
"So yesterday i was driving so and so home, and he was in the backseat, and his seatbelt wasn't working... you know how sometimes the seatbelts BLA BLA BLA BL BLA BLA BLA BLA ABL *for like 2 min* bla bla, so anyway, yea where was i? oh yea, so the seatbelt wasn't working...

he'll never get fired. i dunno what the story is, but something shady goes on here. he does stuff for the firm (i work for lawyers) and he's real tight w/ the 2 guys attorneys and they know that he's about 4 months behind in filing and they never yell at him or anything. he just comes and goes as he pleases and the files are a mess. it's a joke. |

if somebody tried to sit down and talk to me about seat belts for even a minute I'd just tell them that I dont ing care. Boring gossipy people suck. |

| well it wasn't really about seatbelts...but you know what? it's even worse cuz she sidetracks about people she's talking about (people i DON'T KNOW and could care less about) and like gives me their life story before she continues the original story. lol i'm like, "OK, well now that i know CINDY'S whole life story"...and the original story was just about how she and cindy went to the mall:wtf: |

Some people get really uncomfortable in a social situation if no one is saying anything. It's pretty pathetic IMO. It's worse when they are poor conversationalists, and the best thing they can come up with is something stupid like seat belts. |

well i take the express bus to work and home and sometimes theres this fat girl[no offense..] that just goes on about everything to whoevers sitting around her... omg... its just some bs but the whole bus can hear her.. sometimes i wanna just say stfu but the 'ladies' shes having convo with dont seem to mind... so yeah.. i feel for ya.. |

paperwork (on the computer) and answer phones (while on the computer) :D
i work at a law firm, so i just mainly do all kinds of stuff that has to be done on ms word. so i'm a prisoner to my desk. my boss doesn't do jack though, so everyone's behind because he's behind...it's a vicious cycle. i know i'm on here a lot, but i'm a great multitasker and i still get loads of work done every day:) |
