umm, i had terrible stuff nose last night, took a giant Contac pill, no more sinus congestion and it's still working 12 hours after. slowly returning so i'm going to take another one. |

| damn i really need sum of them.. i got the flu last week. and im still feeling the effects of it now.. run down, tired, lack of concentration... at least i think its still cos of the cold... but im not sure if its cos my body is ed.. either way i need to sort it out, cos my boss keeps telling me off and stuff and i cant concentrate on my work :( |

best cold medicine is running or doing some active sport where you have to sweat alot ..
at least for me it works everytime . :D |
