look, lets not argue about a mess in Iraq. Osama hasn't brought it up why should we.
in the context of Osama Bin Laden, Kerry is as much of a zionist crusader as any other president or wannabe president. the question is, can changing the will of a hundred thousand terrorist through bringing something as simple as freedom to a billion Muslems worth the squeeze? |

I think what Kerry would have probably done would have been to surround Iraq with military forces and threaten Saddam with force to get inspectors back in.
Saddam at that point may or may not have let them back in, but he did let them in after Bush did something similar correct?
If the inspectors had more time to search with the barrel of a gun down Saddam's neck, we'd have found out Saddam no longer had WMDs.
If Saddam refused, I think Kerry would have tried to get together a real coalition (like HW Bush did in Gulf War 1) with enough troops to go in and secure the peace.
This is all speculation on my part though.
It's obvious now though that invading Iraq in the way the US did - with too few troops and no real rationale - was a huge mistake. |

and just like some of you , i'm impressed how he's able to hold a speech unlike "double you". |

| I think the speech speaks something deeper then that, involving Bush and he's dishonesty with the American people.. and Bin Laden is trying to highlight that.. IM sure there's some deeper crap into this. |

So we're not getting the whole story from any news network? I wonder whose choice that was... In my opinion it's amazing we're still getting tapes from this guy yrs after 9/11. Wherever he is it seems like he's comfortable to sit at a table, make a long calm speech and then have the thing delivered by messenger to this Al-jizzera(sp) in a country that's supposed to be our major ally in the War on Terror. And the topics! Our security, making fun of Bush, Florida's election problems... What'll he cover in the next tape? My local weather forecast?
This might be a "liberal" question but if we're in a real War on Terror with so many troops deployed, why isn't this guy dead yet? |
