Hard to describe. It's my dad's name too. Kind of like Hawk On. That's probably the best an English speaker will pronounce it. The aa in Norwegian actually has a whole other letter and pronounciation affiliated. It's an a with a ring above it, but I don't have that character on my keyboard so I can't show you. It's hard to describe the pronounciation, because it's not something we have in English. |

Those are all the Swedish letters though. Can you get the ae, o w/ /? Too much work trying to contrive them. |
