If You could ask your favorite Dj or artist one Question in an Interview, what would it be?

Can I buy your studio + records?

Nah, I would ask a question like: Does your family like what you do?

Something like that i guess. I would definately not ask something that has to do with his job, because there are already tons of questions + answers about that.

Well, it is quite logical isn't it?

I mean, in every interview dj's and producers are asked all kinds of questions about their jobs, but no-one ever asks about their private life (if they have one).

Marco V has 2 children, but nobody ever asks what his children think about his job.

It was one of my life goals to always meet and talk to Joe Strummer of the Clash, I always thought he was a guy with real character from all the interviews I had listened to.

RIP Joe Strummer

I would ask 1 question and a 1 follow up:

Are you gay? If so can you hook me up with ur hot female groupies since you have no use for them? :conf:

What kind of things would u have asked... or would it have been more of a conversation?

well i guess its kinda lame.. and most interviewers ask it... but 'what are your influences?' .. cos to be fair.. you DO have to have sum sort of musical influence or sumthing that spurred you on to become a producer.. or to give you your DJing style

like 303 slave kai tracid.. he surely must have had sum acidic influence from sumwhere.. wether it be from early 303 bassline tracks such as fast eddie - acid thunder.. or was it from tracks like dyewitness - masterplan ?

A million things, I could never narrow it down to just one question. I think a good conversation would be alot better than an interview.

Depending on the DJ, How do you view the current state of dance music, and where do you feel is it going in the future.

Always think it's interesting to hear how someone so involved with the music views the way things are going.
