Ok, you all liked my Funny Deejay Stories part 1 well back by INSANE DEMAND is my part 2.

1.Basement Jaxx vs. Geri Haliwell

At the Brit Awards, the Jaxx were in there dressing room smoking some weed and they had a dressing room next to geri's. Simon says she sends one of her reps over to their door to complain and says "Please refrain from smoking marijuana as Ms.Haliwell can smell it in her room" So what did they do? They went up to the room divider and began to blow as much smoke as posible at her. So Geri and the Jaxx hate each other

2.Ollie Jay
Ollie Jay, the welsh hard house producer was thrown out of a Welsh Club after bouncers were told he was asking for drugs, he claims he was only asking for a can of COKE.

Oakey's Demands to do a gig (Claimed by Mixmag!!!!!!!!)

One Luxury Vehicle, one five-star hotel suite plus two to four double rooms, a three course evening meal for up to five people (or the equivalent in cash paid to the tour manager), a private lockable dressing room with washing facilities, heating and a WC, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, 24 bottles of ice cold imported beer (no BUD), One bottle of vodka, two bottles of champagne, chips, candy, six hand towels and one or two security guards to watch the dj booth. He is picky about his equipment, the decks must be 3 feet from the booth's platform and properly weighted (so the needles don't skip when he jumps up and down) and to prevent the records skipping the feet of the decks must mounted on 4 squash balls. This is on top of his first class plane ticket and also 30,000-40,000 dollars for the gig.

Next is a funny statement by liam gallagher ( i know he ain't rock but it is funny)

Liam Gallagher on Posh Spice

Liam then attacked Posh Spice, saying: "(Posh) can't even chew chewing gum and walk in a straight line at the same time, let alone write a book. Why is Posh Beckham writing a book of her memoirs?"

Ok, finally a story involving Judge Jules. Judge jules got mad at some clubbers that were starring at him and he went ballistic. Also we went mad when people were shining bright objects in his face.

holy about oakie, that's some crazy

lol...I read that before about Oakie. The article was about DJ's demands for a show. Sasha said he has to have dex set up in a hotel room for the after-party. Hey, if you can do it and you're that big, why the hell not?:D
biznology
most people on this forum may not find this funny cause of who is involved, but I think its funny cause I like both DJs and it just goes to show the typical DJ bickering/facade...by the way i got it from www.xpander.nl

Two weeks ago Sander Kleinenberg played a set somewhere in the East side of Holland (this time NOT in the 'Randstad' which is formed by three big cities: Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haag)

A Dutch DJ played before him. His name is Armin van Buuren. According to Sander he played very hard and without any respect for the DJ who had to play after him (Sander). After Sander started his set, some people started asking Sander to play much harder. What the f@#$k?!?!?

It's about a person (Armin) who's obsessed with his crowd and seem to forget the rest. His colleage DJs for example! The people with whom you share the same passion. Sander has opened doors which were still closed for a lot of other fellow DJs. Till now! The demand for Dutch DJs abroad strongly increased indeed, after established names such as Sander Kleinenberg, Lucien Foort and Tiesto broke through internationally.

Do you think this is humour? I had to laugh a little bit when he told me this little story but I don't think he liked the situation himself that much. The situation wasn't nice for someone who wants to be himself while people in other parts of the world praise him and take him from the best party to another party to an even better party. Everywhere in the world. Please do not forget this! It ain't easy being a famous DJ! Sander was really upset about the programming of the night. The day after I spoke to him on the phone shortly. Fortunately he did sound like that ordinary Dutch boy.... and he always proceeds judiciously...

Think about Armin who has just released his third album. A picture from his back has been made for the cover of the CD. He's standing behind his turntables with his hands up in the air. As a king. A king of his castle. A king of his people. Of the people of the dancefloor. It seems to be a new trend: DJs who want to have their faces printed on the cover of their compilations and albums. If you see the NuBreed and Global Underground albums, you see that it has been done by people who know what they're doing. I call them 'professional perfectionists'. Dutch DJs Armin, Tiesto and Fred Numf love to be on the cover of their mix CD's. What do I have to say about that? Not much. Just look at the cover and draw your own conclusion...

...late/ the grammar isnt my fault...

I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing??? :conf:

All I'm going to say is there is a difference between having respect for a follow up DJ, and totally altering your set to accomodate his needs. Armin could have led up to Sander's set with something softer, but what the hell, its his set right? I have total respect for both DJ's, that is just my opinion.

Oh wow big deal...your not allowed to have your picture on the cover of your CD? Remember this is not printed by a neutral source, this is obviously someone who is siding with Sander. Secondly, Armin, Tiesto, and Fred Numf are 3 of my favorites, Fred Numf is ing AMAZING, his mixes are clean and his style is amazing. Tiesto is almost always good, and Armin is probably my favorite because he has a nice blend of uplifting and progressive, which is the same thing I try to achieve.

I don't think its fair for the author of that article to suggest that Tiesto, Armin, and Fred Numf aren't perfectionists because they put their picture on the cover of their CD. Also notice how he mentioned NuBreed and GU...Gee, I wonder if this is related to the fact that Diggers doesn't like the stuff Armin, Ferry, And Tiesto do?

There seems to be a war with progressers and trancers, which is really sad because they compliment each other so well.

I think sometimes people's ego's get the better of them. But putting your picture on YOUR album that YOU mixed and YOU worked your ass off to achieve doens't make you an egomaniac.

I'm rambling but you get the picture.

Peace. (From the humble DJ)

k..one time when Oakey was in TO, my friend was there, and he went back to Oakeys hotel with him, and a whole load of people, nice posh, swank hotel dunno which one, but you can immagine...so Oakey was with 2 chix, then 1 comes running into the adjoining room

"OMG HES RAPING MY FRIEND!"
so course everyone goes to oakeys room, go figure its locked. His manager asks Oakey to open up, but he wont, so finally they get a key from the manager and open the door. This chick is riding the little man like there is no tomorow....

What had happened was the the chick who said her friend was being raped overheard her friend say, no I dont want to do that, but the question was for a 3some with both girls...so no harm no foul, but I guess he wasnt too happy that they walked in on him..
