They charge because it is gated and closed. Too many people go down there anyways. The weather was really nice last night so I'm sure that it was pretty packed. Guavaween used to be ok when the scene in Tampa was really going off. Now it's nothing but a bunch of drunk people making fools out of themselves.
No Guavaween will ever top 1997. That was the year that Cosmos (late night) did their grand opening that same night. Everyone went to Guavaween first and then headed over to Cosmos. They estimated that over 6000 people showed up trying to get in to that club. It was insane. Paul and Suzy were there that night...they would remember! ;) |
