| i'll put on a trance mix/cd sometimes,went to sleep to marco v's essential mix yesterday. lately i've been going to sleep to the bonus mix cd of don't look now. |

| I listen to music almost every night to help me fall asleep. It is usually some chill out CD though. |

cant sleep to it for some reason.

| Everynight, Allnight.... I wake up and Trance is playing.. I come home I turn Trance on... i sit here and tpye msg's for 4-6 hours before bed with Trance playing... I goto bed with trance playing and repeat the above 24/7/365... |

| i do it all the time man, but not every night. i find listening to trance when i sleep soothes my system, and makes it easier to drift off to sleep. the reason behind this is because the bass stimulates the heart and the treble stimulates the nervous system. i remember one time when i donwloaded that aweful lnew lindsay lohan song, rumors, because it was soooo stuck in my head from seeing it on MTV. anyways, that in song came on about 2 hours down my playlist, and i jumped up out of bed in shock. that was a bad experience! but for a much better experience try this one: HEMSTOCK & JENNINGS MIRAGE OF HOPE (CHILLED REMIX) what a soothing track! |

| Ouch toronto! Anyway. Yep! I definitely do falls asleep to Trance. Some great compilations I usually listen to are Paul Oakenfold's -Home @ Space In Ibiza, Tiesto's - In Search of Sunrise 3, and pretty much any Global Underground mix CD. Also Junkie XL has some great downtempo CD's. |
