Visiting Brasil/Rio New Year

Hi all trancefellows in South America! :)
I have the honour to travel to Rio 29th of december and
will be staying until 3d of january then travel to (prob)
Natal or Pipa , and then to Peru the 9th January!
My first question is :
Are there some tranceparties between 30 dec - 3 jan
in Rio??
Second:
Heard that its an amazing feeling to spend New Years eve
dressed in White on Copacabana??
(Dressed in white , we unite! / Sensation)
Do ya have any answers on this?? :)

Probably there'll be parties (usually psy-trance), although we need to check with someone from Rio. Hardly ever these parties are announced 2 months before the date though, we usually hear about them in the previous month/week.
As for Copacabana, seeing everybody in white celebrating has a religious reason (i don't know if you've already heard about it) and the fireworks are impressive - such exotic (and somewhat huge) event must be an unique experience :) |
