Exactly right. It seems more and more as though the earlier people got into trance, the more elitist they are. I guess experience just breeds prejudice in this case (for many, not all), as the Trance vets are so snooty about people's musical tastes! I haven't evolved past epic trance and cheese yet, but who really cares? I know what I like, and formulaic or not, I'm going to listen to it! :happy2: |

Although I have bought a shipload of classic trancecd's from 1995 and 1996 and that is also pretty kickin ass! |

Between 1998 and 2000 ! (the year I got into trance myself)

| I think every year is good, but 2003 was also good. |

| I'm gonna go with the majority on this one. Before that time I don't think the sound had developed enough generally speaking. But any time from '98 onwards is great. |
