| I’m really not feeling up for NYE this year around, perhaps my stance will change closer to the time. |

Thanks for the suggestions guys :)
Doesn't appear to be a lot going on really! :(
What's happened to the days of big events? Like MOS @ The Dome for example...(not that it was that well organised, but still!)
Anyone know what MOS are doing?
I kind of remember a club called "The Fridge" or something in Brixton I think which plays good trance, anyone know anything about that place? |

the fridge is mainly full of poor hardhouse nights these days sadly, gone are the days of escape from samsara. i have no idea whats on there on NYE.
if MOS put on a night it will be rubbish and cheesy anyway. big scale events dont usually happen on nye these days. |

Ah I see :(
I've been looking into Escape in Swansea, looks like a good club, maybe I'll venture up there, although the website doesn't say anything about NYE :conf: :conf: :conf: |

fridge in brixton just been redone by the owners of twist ( :nervous: ) there's a quality night on called "Know Where" once a month, they might be doing something for NY...have to look out for flyers.
MoS do put on a decent night at least in their HQ nr elephant & Castle, don't know about NY's tho...they'll probly be doing something.
past new years admittedly have avoided MoS at the dome because of the "touristy" factor, rather than "real clubber" factor but i've been told they've been good nights. |

I'm sure slinky will be doing something - usually guarantees a decent trancage.
I'll be heading over to london for HEAT + NYD :) |
nah slinky is doing pretty much hard house:
Tidy Boys and Lab4 90 minute world exclusive set.
Back room should be quite cool with funky breaks and techno including Trevor Rockcliffe. All the big named trance djs usually do something in the US or the southern hemisphere (ie Australiua) where it is hotter, dont blame them really. |

i'd say it was more the money than the hot weather that tempts them tbh ;) |

I think Gods will be amazing.
Loved Morillo when he played there earlier this year. I even missed Renaissance wild in the Country the next day for it, and i never regreted it, and given how good the EM was, thats a pretty bold statement.
I'm suprised so many people are saying it will be . The only line up to rival it is Dave Seaman at the Cross for Renaissance, I would go see Seaman at Reniassance in Notts the same night, but he's playing 3-6 and that doesnt appeal as much as a midnight set.
Hope those rumours about Urban Gorilla are true, thats about the only night thats gonna top morillo for me. |
