hi ppl!!!
yea, i'm kinda new to VINYL, (i don't have TT's yet but in like a couple of months...) anyway, i was wondering if any of you guys could explain some technical stuff to me like a1 b1 a2 b2 12inch. and stuff like that...

Basically, the A side of a record is the one with the label, and the B side is the side where it sais what songs are on it, who produced it n stuff (unless you have a double A sided vinyl, then AA replaces B). A1 stands for the first song on side A, A2 for the second song on side A, you get the point. 12 inch refers to the size of the record (aduh), there are also 10 inches out there...don't think they make 8 inches anymore, have some old ones tho. |
