Aliens, inevitably.
They're like ants...large numbers, breed fast and vast, hive-mind mentality. Perfect killing machines.
A predator against an Alien would win. If you've read some of the comics and stuff, such as Aliens: Genocide, you'd see that there are entire worlds of Aliens. LV-426 has nothing on the truth of the matter.

Equal number of Predators vs. equal number of Aliens. Tough one but i'd say Predators, since they have their bluelasershooting gizmos.
A bit offtopic but i really can't understand the Predator society. How can they build those advanced spaceships and gadgets, when all they do is kill. I'm having a hard time picturing a Predator engineer or constructor, who builds those ships. |

Predator, cause it has a radar, and a powerful body, equipped with many amazing weapons. Alien is only effective at close range, Predator will simply blow it up before it even reaches its "in danger" range. |
