If they were making a left turn, you have the right of way. It's their fault not yours, you should have no problem arguing that in court unless for some reason you went over the middle divider and was in their lane. |
that's probably why they guy she hit was nice to her. |

a street with a blind corner has a speed limit of 70 mph??? shouldn't the government recognize that as a risk to accidents and reduce the speed limit?? is the road a one way road, or double lane road, because you could have avoided it by swerving to the other lane. also, was there anyone behind you, because if my physics serves me correctly, if you make a direct stop from 50 to 0, the person behind you with the same speed will have the same type of reaction as you, and you would have gotten hit from behind also.
:conf: :conf:
i understand that montana has no laws with driving and everything, but this seems like a b.s. story to me. |
2 lane road, traffic coming on other side, couldnt swerve to the right because there was a car parked in the ditch, no cars behind me |

okay, i suppose that happens.
i almost crashed into what i think was a gas truck yesterday. big one; the size of a small bus. not my fault, either: it switched lanes to the one i was on, so i switched to the fast one, trying to speed past it. except, the truck turned on me. no signals, except for an extended hand signaling 'left' after i had fully stopped the car, after having fully maneouvred with the same inertia of the car, and after having taken the same turn as the truck because of the inertia and to avoid impact.
now, what i don't understand is how they could get scratches and you have your bumper broken if you literally 'slammed' into them. |

I put my dad's mustang into a tree powersliding it around a corner this summer. Ended up doing a 180 and hitting a huge oak tree, the impact was directly on the driver's side door. I had to spend the night in the hospital with a fractured collar bone, 7 stiches in my face, and 7 staples in the back of my head. The mustang was totalled (bent frame). What's your story? :p |
