| Play Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, that should relieve some tension. |

i think 'she's not worth it' is an even better alternative.
to answer your question, i don't think i have.
i wither in it.
and then i resort to that
'she's not worth it' |

You have a lot of life left. Don't waste it! |

stay really, really busy. start going to the gym regularly too or working out/running, because you probably have anxiety (thinking about her too much), so don’t let all that energy go to waste.
worked for me when my bf and i split for a little while. i was constantly doing something...whether it was going to the gym, or just getting up to walk my dog (for the 30th time that day, lol). as long as i wasn't sitting around with nothing to do, i was OK, for the most part.
oh yea, and if you get the urge a lot to call her, but you don't want to (probably shouldn't), just get a pen and paper and write her a letter, but don't give it to her. i did that a couple times, it helped because it's a way to vent. |

| Slylee : surprisingly that`s just what i had in mind. I sighned up to a gym right now and i go every day...as for the rest of my spare time i try to user it a lot so i have no time to think of her :) i think i`m on the right path ..and in no time i won`t even remember her.. |

When finishing up a relationship this is what I do:
1. Get to the gym. I exercise night and day after break up time. You will feel and look great, and get a personal trainer for some motivation if you are having trouble getting excited at the idea.
2. Do what girls do and get a haircut and some new clothes. Don't go for your usual haircut and try something funky and a little modern. Often when in relationships we can fall out of touch with current fashion. Take a girl clothes shopping with you, and try and dress to impress.
3. Don't talk about the ex with friends and family because before long you will have no friends.
4. Hook up with someone as fast as possible. Not a relationship. Straight after a break-up it is socially acceptable to sleep with as many people as possible and you have a really good, and honest, excuse not to get serious with girls, and they just love men that don't get all serious with them.
5. You want to avoid time on your own, and having too much time to think. Its easy to become a recluse. Don't buy anything that involves spending time inside, like dvds, and even if you have no friends to hang out with go to the gym or take up a sport.
6. A little revenge can make you feel better. You might not want to go to the extreme of sleeping with her best friend unless she was particuarly nasty. But order some take-away to be delivered to her house, hang out with some of 'her' friends and take dates to nightclubs she goes to.
7. Try some new things. Maybe a new sport to watch, a new hobby to take up (dancing is good) and new places to hang out. The key is out with the old and in with the new. This is a great way to speed up the recovery process.
8. Throw out reminders, especially perishable ones. If you lived together this is very important and you don't want girls going back and seeing this, that is really bad, and you can only lie and say that you live with your sister for so long.
9. If your breakup is especially messy don't talk for 3 months.
10. Don't write letters, be super nice, buy presents or act like a soft cock. This is really bad. So no flowers, compliments or doing favours. |

excellent advice! :) another good one to add, is to try and take new routes when doing your routine from now on, whether you go to school or work, take a different way and listen to something different on the way there too. Get a new cd, or burn one. |
