I don't find this remix is that terrible...
mind you it's been awhile since I've heard the older mixes...

I think many people's negative reviews are based on comparison with the original...the remix itself is not a bad track. :conf:

I love it, I love it, I love it !!! To be honest, never heard the original :)

The point is that people should stop remaking the classics which don't measure upto the standard and come up with their own innovative ideas, taking peoples timeless favourites and remaking them in such an awful manner like this is will only alienate us further from them

I heard this remix before listening to the original and I really enjoyed it. Now having heard the original I don't really understand why people get so freakin aggravated by this remix. People have different tastes so why shouldn't a tune like this be remixed? If there is ONE person who likes the Whiteroom remix better than the original, that means Whiteroom have done ONE person happy. If you don't like it, don't listen to it. Call it crap as much as you like, but why bother trashing it like it's a personal attack on everything you like? If people enjoy it, what harm does it do? It turns one of your favorite tracks into something you don't like, and so what?

Seems like some people feel the need to use all their artillery just to state an opinion, when you easily get your point through just by saying you don't like it and why. Some of you makes it look like everything done by this and this is a trancekiller. What am I missing here? I don't mean to be the forum-police with this, I guess I just want to understand why. If someone remixed one of my alltime favorites into something utter in my opinion, I can't see why I would care. How about "GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LIKE IT!".

I hope I'll get a reply by one of the offended ones here, and just to be on the safe side, if you feel this is relevant;
I'm not new to trance, but no, I haven't heard a lot of it from 92-96 or whatever. But I've been totally addicted since 97, and edm has always been my favorite genre, and probably always will be.
