.. to coca cola :(
Even though i gave up drinking as much as i used to the last few months restricting myself to a can here and there .. ive just drunk through a 2l bottle in the last 4hrs and could gladly carrying on drinking more .. being quite unsure as to whether im somehow satisying some craving or even a thirst ..
Should i be worried (i mean beyond the obvious tooth decay issue not that i dont brush my teeth well though) .. |

i used to drink ridiculous amounts of coke too but i managed to stop. i not substitute with plenty of water.....

| Drink Lucozade that should sort you out. As for sugar rushes, i love em. Try eating a family bag of Rowntrees jelly babies with a litre of Lucozade within say 15 minutes. Sit back and enjoy that rush baby....... |
