I'd love some snow.... bored of rain now!
Also if we get more than about 2cm, the whole country goes to pieces and school gets cancelled... wooo! :D |

Why does it seem that the weather in Norway during winter and summer are polar opposites? The summer is so nice and, of course, midnight sun, but the winter is dark, damp and overcast most of the time. I've thought of moving there, but I think the winter would depress me too much. Funk all that !
Back on topic: We had a snowstorm on halloween. Netted a few inches, but they are gone by now. Just renewed my ski pass though, and it looks like it's going to be a good year for skiing. |

It's a lot better than the last two places I lived, but that's not saying a whole lot. I guess I don't have any serious complaints, so that's a good thing. |

I hear ya. You learn to live with it over time, but during the autumn/winter transition Norway is one of the most depressing places to be. |
