Question about MD-player

People i got a Sony NETMD MZ-N710.
I just finished spinning a house set and i recorded it on MD. The problem is that i think the set is very cool, im not DJing for that long ( just couple of months ) and i made some really nice things in that set. So i wanted to get it on my computer as a mp3 file ( or wav ).
Is there a way i can transfer the tracks from the MD to the Computer as a mp3 or wav file? I really hope so... |

Why?
MD is far superior in quality to MP3.
I personally use the sony NET MD jobby to record myself at work, and this is its one drawback.
The fact that you can burn tracks onto MD via USB, but not rip fromMD via USB.
Only way it to record it realtime onto another source- im lucky that i have a CD recorder so whack it onto that- no noticable loss in quality.
Record in your line in, and save as a .wav or .mp3.
the alternative (as long as you have not recorded in LP2,LP4 or any other modes except for normal Single stereo play), is to use another MD player/walkman, and use the Optical / SP-DIF output into your computer or another recordable source. |

Since when is MD better than MP3? I own a netMD, a regretful purchase i must admit, and i dont think its anywhere as near as good as mp3 :S
But, perhaps MD players are able to record much better than most mp3 players? |
