Two of my all time favourites:

Kamaya Painters - Endless Wave (Albion Mix)
Tastexperience - Tantrix

All of the elements in these songs seem to fit perfectly with each other. I can't imagine these ever being arranged/remixed better than they already are.

Of course there are others that deserve mention as well, but there are too many and these just stand out to me.
