depending on how much difference you change the speed. Key goes up as pitch goes up. In the harmonic mixing guide in the stickies it explains this |

Yes it will most definately change.
If you have a difference of around 4.3% or more you will have changed key altogether i.e. the tracks will not be compatible.
I usually try to stick within the 2% rule but sometimes you can get away with 3%.
There are ways of getting around this by being creative and understanding what a key changes to and perhaps mixing it with that instead.
