depending on how much difference you change the speed. Key goes up as pitch goes up. In the harmonic mixing guide in the stickies it explains this

Yes it will most definately change.
If you have a difference of around 4.3% or more you will have changed key altogether i.e. the tracks will not be compatible.

I usually try to stick within the 2% rule but sometimes you can get away with 3%.

There are ways of getting around this by being creative and understanding what a key changes to and perhaps mixing it with that instead.
