ok, Ive got a question.
Its about Hawaii, which isnt exactly west coast, but you guys are closer than any other local forum, and hey, youre american, so you might just know something about another state, instead of some wahoo who thinks they know something, but really dont.
ok, so my question is relating to Hawain culture, and specifically animals that they would have worshipped in a tribal sense.
ie to maya/mexicans, jaguars are important animals. Does Hawaii have anything similar to this?
I ask not because of a project where im too lazy to do the reserach on, but because Im going there for a week @ xmas, and I like to buy a piece cultural/area specific religious art. I tried to google my subject, but didnt really find anything. Maybe somebody knows and can help me out.
