I just checked Lawrence's website and it said he is going on at Avalon at 2.30am.
Does anyone know who is playing before him? |

Nope, it's Dj Dan - they are doing some tour together, it's something to do with BPM Magazine's America's Fave DJ poll.
Dj Dan is cool tho. |

I'd describe it as tough, underground trance with a good groove. You won't find cheezy anthems here for sure. Lawrence's sound is really unique, I haven't heard many other DJs out there who play similar.
His sets are next to impossible to tracklist, if you're lucky you can pick one or two - I'd like to see what we can come up with tonight?. I'm guessing he plays tons of whites and CDRs, although I once read he plays vinyl from obscure European labels.
Best thing I like about Lawrence is that he has head sounds and body sounds, I can groove and trip out at the same time, don't know if that makes sense?? |

| since i'm in tonite working on an essay, i'll definately tune into this to take a break from time to time!!! i'm disappointed i'm going to miss junkie xl and rank 1 in toronto tonite, but at least i'll get a taste of some club experience. |
