i have nero and i use to have a burning cd program that pretty much connects mixed tracks together without that annoying 2 second silence at the end of each track.

i can't do that with nero. with nero i burn the tracks but everytime the track finishes, there is this 2 or 3 second silenced gap between tracks.

how can i elimate it? is there a setting i'm not doing?
i can't burn it on my other HP CD writer anymore since it's gone due to the fact that it is not compatible with windowns 98

Hey,

You'll have to right click the track. Then you will get a dialog with the properties of that track. In that dialog you will be able to remove the 2 second pause.

Good luck :)

Hmm, in my Nero program you don't right click the track, you double click it. Anyways, one of the methods should work. :)

I used to have this problem as well, before I figured out how to solve it...

I have Adaptec Easy CD Creator (old program). What's so cool about it is there is a button called "Merge Tracks" that gets rid of all pauses that would occur, and still keeps the "tabs" (if you want to call them that) so you can skip or go back to previous parts of the CD.
