Tell her she has no right to decide over what you do with your personal belongings. You can always threaten to call an abuse hotline (do they have them in your city??) or the cops (a little drastic towards your own mother, eh?). |

real, i just forgave her, but that knife was a vintage, never been restored dagger from the HJ Division of Germany which fought in normandy, and the knife was captured by an american and sent to the states, where my dad bought it in the 70's and gave it to me around 2000. it will be expensively missed. |

Forgiving her was the right things to do, as they were just material items and she is the only mother you will ever have on this Earth, but if somebody is willing to do something that drastic, maybe they've got psychological problems? Have you seriously considered if she suffers from some sort of paranoia? Not normal... |
