Alright I know it's a bit late but I had to wait for my pics to come in the mail (had to upload them to Amy's laptop to save space on my memory card) THANKS A TON AMY!!!:toothless Did you guys really think I went all the way to Tiesto in Concert without writing a review???......YEAAAAAAAHHH RIGHT!!!

Now I know there is alot of talk about which night was better. We went the first night (Friday) and alot of people are saying that Saturday was the better night. But in no way was I disappointed at all on Friday. The show was extremely amazing!!! Never in my life have I experienced such a vibe.....a vibe that was there for only one thing.....a vibe that included 25,000 people that came from all parts of the world for one thing.....TIESTO!!!

The night started when Brianna, Miriam, and myself rode with JP from Amsterdam to Arnhem (thanks for the ride JP) It was raining outside but that didn't matter. Nothing mattered to me at that point....all I could think about was how the night was going to be and I cept asking myself if it was real. We got to the Gelredome around 10pm and the parking lot was already filling up fast. We all met up with fellow TA's, Tiesto forum peeps, and all the other Tiesto fans at the McDonalds across the parking lot from the stadium. At this point it was pouring down rain. After wondering around for about 20 minutes trying to find coat check (horrible job by id&t radio) we finally got through the gates of the Gelredome. Got inside and bought drink tickets and all that fun stuff. Once we finally we inside the arena.....I couldn't believe my eyes!!! This place was ING HUGE!!!! As the place started to fill up we decided we wanted to be up front for the beginning of Tiesto's set so we walked down the stairs onto the main floor. I felt like an ant at the bottem of a mountain valley.....looking up at the stands on both sides....I still couldn't believe how big this place was. We worked our way as close to the front as we could. We found a nice little spot right in front of the camera guy that was rolling back and fourth on the stand. Not long after all the lights went off and a opening act began. The huge projection screen came on and 3-D figures started to appear on the screen. Everybody put on their 3-D glasses at were handed out at the doors......WOW.....this was insane!!! The figures looked like they were popping right out at you. Then Tiesto showed up on the screen. He was back stage on the video camera. He kept waving his in front of the camera and it looks as if his hands were going right threw your face. He was playing tracks like Delerium - Innocente (DJ Tiesto Remix) and Interstate - I Found U:crazy:   The opening act went on for a little over an hour and thats when all hell broke loose!!!

The projection screen started to raise up and everybody was chanting....TI:::ES:::TO!!!!! I can't even explain the way I was feeling at this moment. It was like knowing that you were about to have the time of your ing life but you couln't believe it at the same time. Chills still run down my back thinking about the opening track. Out of nowhere....TIESTO - FOREVER TODAY took over the place like madness ive never seen before and TIESTO was there......right in front of us!!! Fireworks were going off......the light show began......CRAZINESS!!!!! It was so crazy seeing that many people with their hands in the air just going buck wild to Tijs. His second track in was Armin Vs. M.I.K.E. - Pound and damn did that track POUND the out of us!!!

About 15 minutes into his set, Brianna and myself got a really nice suprize. Michi (shellshock) came all the way from Germany and we had no friggin clue he was coming!!! It was such a great suprize to finally see you again Michi!!!:toothless

After awhile we went up into the stands to chill for a bit and get some drinks. Sitting in the stands and watching all those people down below was just mind blowing!!! It was like a sea of people dancing and they all looked like they were moving in sequence (or maybe that was just the ummm ummm.....   ) But after awhile I couldn't sit still anymore and had to get back down there. Ian and myself walked down to the very front....right in front of Tiesto. He fought our way to the very middle. The place was going off.....I couln't believe I was in the front of all this madness. One moment I will never in my life forget......Ian and myself are standing front dead center...and Tiesto drops BT - The Great Escape (Arctic Quest Remix)....and I looked up and this huge ass lazer comes shining down in a circle around Tiesto.....Ian has a video of this......it was soooo ing insane!!!

The live acts were pretty cool. They put Tiesto inside this huge wooden box and they lifted it into the air and they the box collapsed and Tiesto was nowhere to be seen. But I wasn't paying much attention to the acts....all I wanted was for Tiesto to start playing again lol. Matt Hales did a great job singing live. He sung Tiesto - UR live and I really enjoyed that part....mainly because I was right up front to see it all.

But when Tiesto came back on he started with two tracks that still arn't ID'd. Then he got into some really hard stuff.....Randy Katana - One Solid Wave (Sam Sharp Remix):eyespop: Tiesto feat. BT - Love Comes Again (Original Mix)......This was one of the most amazing tracks of the night.....that build up got that place so friggin crazy.....I thought the place was going to blow the up!!! And of course he played Traffic!!! The last two hours of his set was the best imo. Out of the last 15 tracks he played.....there were 6 that still arn't ID'd. I remember standing there with my jaw on the ground thinking "WTF IS GOING ON!!!"  :crazy:LOL. But for me.....the best part of the night was when Tiesto droped The Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up (YES HE ING PLAYED IT!!!) right into DJ Tiesto - Flight 643 (Original Mix) right into DJ Tiesto - Lethal Industry!!!:eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop:    :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: I couldn't believe my ing ears to say the least!!!

At the end.....they resented Tiesto with the number 1 DJ award and he gave a speech.....I have no friggin clue what he said cause it was all in dutch but he started to shed a tear so I know it was really emotional for him. He ended the night with Push - Universal Nation. What a track to end such a massive night. I will never forget this night and If any of you ever get a chance to go (next year) by all means.....GO!!! You will not regret it!!!

This night made me realize why I have such a huge passion for electonic music.....nothing.....nothing can ever compare to THIS!!!

Here are some of my favorite pictures I took that night. Some did't turn out as good as I hoped but alot of that has to do with the powerful lights and lazers.....digi cams have the tendency to focus on the brightest element of a picture.....so some of the pics of Tijs turned out blurry but im still glad I can share them with you all.......enjoy!!!:toothless
