Trance addict logo

Anyone know if the trance addict logo, the ta with the broken circle around it is copyrighted. i want to make a trance addict shirt for myself, and put tiestos name on the back for when i go to the docks. does tranceaddict.com mind and or object, and if you dont know, who would i ask?

It's a trademark owned by Tranceaddict. You'll need Swamper's permission to use the logo.
I'm pretty sure he'll agree, unless you're looking to profit from the mark, in which case you'll need a liscensing agreement. |

They worked hard to bring some TA shirts, hats, etc.
Purchasing these things help support the site, so I'd suggest getting a shirt and having teisto put on the back. |

Woops! I made a TA shirt for myself, and have worn it to a couple of events now. It's how I met Swamper as I was walking through the licenced area at The Docks for the Halloween party. He didn't threaten to sue me though :cool: |
