Any of you make it to the party?
Well........what can I say.......I was blown away......from the fireworks to the jesters to the happy crowd...........back to back trance anthems....I can't even name them there were so many........
anyways......it was nice to hear them on that kick ass system.......

Examples..
Trance:
Veracocha - "Carte Blanche"
Armin - "Communication"
Paul Van Dyk - "For An Angel"
House:
Eddie Amador - "House Music"
Techno:
Commander Tom - "Are Am Eye"

Agreed....Mark Oliver abused the Phazon with bangin old skool trance tunes, none of that "g-d say why are you so quite" e, just the favourites from days gone by.
Hopefully he will focus on the trance after seeing how the Addicts vibed at Ferry, Tiesto, and PVD. |

I sure hope so... there just isn't enough good trance in that club, Mark is turning progressive for some reason... |

I dunno man If he was dropping good proggie trax I wouldn't complain, but the last time he dropped some hard techno trax which I wasn't digging. I hope the next time I see Oliver either spins some good ole fashioned Trance (like the above mentioned) or some good progressive trax.
Form what I've heard though Oliver seems to know what he is doing...his mixing was good...now if only his track selection would improve a bit I'd be happy to be a guv regular. |

All I can say... is "Thank you Mark"
It was an awesome night... I've been partying at the Guv. exactly 2 years that weekend and I'm retiring for a while...probably until late spring/summer...
it was awesome to hear all the songs that I thought were my best nights, put together in one night! like all those times just crammed together... a trip down memory lane...
not to mention all the faces I've met in the last 2 years...
it was a good way for me to go...
I'm going to miss that place...
for those of u who don't know me...
i was the guy with a bright blue crystal necklace twirling the sparklers (on a string) to Child of the Universe...and a couple other tunes too...
Hopefully then...
it'll be new times with new memories!!!
