As you are all well aware, this event came up on short notice thanks to that email from MIA.
When me, my nephew and his friend Jonathan got there, the dining room was packed, and the main room still had dinner tables set.
Damon arrived with his friend Lisa. (OMFGHI2U.) Then finally, Harold showed up. Ryan, the DJ who usually spins after Edgar on Mondays was on the decks spinning breaks, house, and all this other stuff. The place was dead, and Edgar hadn't arrived yet.
Lack of advertising. And the fact that tonight was Oscar G's bday party at Space. (Not that I actually give a , just stating the facts.)
Edgar arrived way, WAY later. By the time he'd finished eating and started spinning in the Sushi Room, Damon and Harold had already left. Me, being the Edgar V whore that I am, stayed.
Edgar played some serious tunage.

Kyau vs. Albert - Velvet Morning (Mirco de Govia remix)
Young Parisians featuring Ben Lost - Jump the Next Train (Solar Stone remix)
Radiohead - Street Spirit (Tiësto remix)
Ferry Corsten - It's Time
And a few others before we left.
Oh, yeah. I asked Edgar when his next gig will be.
This Monday.
All in all, a fair night. A damn shame that this wasn't advertised, it could have been better, but I got to talk with Edgar, Ryan and Steve...and Grace too. :p
I called Samira and got to talk to Mario. Hope to see you guys soon! :D

Mdamon couldnt hold it any longer and did what he did on the photo above, I guess there arent any babes in Tampa Bay, Now he will learn the error of his ways for leaving South Florida, Let that be a lesson to you. :haha: |
