A while ago someone posted a link to an "award winning" australian music video. It was pretty distinctive in that it features a woman on a tight rope.
Anyone able to point me towards it? |

yeah that's what came to mind
SBS is free to air channel in australia and they use a music video that sounds familiar to what you described
