Take 410 and use the San Pedro/Blanco exit to get to Blanco.
(if coming from 35 turn right onto blanco)
(if coming from I10 turn left onto blanco)
Untill you get to West End. Turn Left onto West End go through one light which is Patricia. Hidden Tavern is in the small strip on your right by Ruthies and Screaming Monkey Tattoos
