FLTA coming to NYC this weekend...please help!!

| soi will be coming to ny this weekend for my cousin's wedding...its just my luck that i will be there for fri sat and sunday and any dj that i would of wanted to see either played their last weekend or plays right after i leave...lawler.tenaglia, sander etc...anyway i just figure that i should go out based on venue then...for saturday night i was thinking either crobar but i dont know oo much about dave waxman..my likes are that of sander and any progressive house.. discoteque has low end specialists and i dont know if this would be better...well i heard to stay away from avalon and what is the deal with jp at spirit...does he spin afterhours or what?.. it will be my gf and i and we want to go somewhere and go to afterhours...i mean im from south fla. where last week i was a space until 1 in the afternoon...i want to do it up nyc style all night/ morning...please give me some help as i guess i might do crobaror disco and then spirit for ahours or dicoteque...what should i do?.. thanks....Rzo...hopefully i will see some of you guys out..:D |

| i have been checking that for the last 2 weeks...my main question is would it be better to go to discoteque for low end or crobar for waxman...secondly is spirit afterhours and what time does it close and is discoteque afterhours too.. i will probably end up at one but i am wondering which is better at that time... |

| disco. is awful...it's honestly gay central in there, felt very uncomfortable my first time there. If you're down with major open drug use and a lot of half naked men who aren't afraid to get "down", then that's your choice. Crobar has always been fun for me |

dsico is open the latest. it should be the last place you attend. start with crobar, then hit up spirit, then disco.
if you get to crobar before 12, it will be free (assuming you put yourself on a list). Spirit is like $25ish and disco is $30.
the peeps at disco are way worse than anything you see on the space terrace. beware!!
btw, Low End Specialists kick ass.
ivano bellini is at crobar friday. if you like space, you should love ivano :) |

| hell yeah low end is awesome but they will be playing the main set im sure and not at 6 am....anyway where do i get on a crobar list...clubplanet? thanks for the help sunshine... |

Friday - go to TSFT at Fuzion on Orchard Street. www.tfst-nyc.com A lot of the local TA's meet up there. Really good Trance and Prog and friendly crowd. Doors open at 10. Afterwards if you want to catch a big room, go check out Waxman at Crobar. He is better than Ivano in my opinion and Friday night is the better night to go to Crobar. If you want to hit a place mid-way, check out the Cellar Bar in the Bryant Park Hotel. Paolo Mojo is playing Friday night. The place peaks from 11:30 to 1:30 - crowd is midtown professional.
Saturday - LES will rock Discoteque and the normal disco crowd won't be there to molest you! Jason Jollins is opening and he is an awesome prog DJ. Send him an e-mail at [email protected] to get on his guest list and you can come in for free. Don't know if you like Marco V but he plays this Saturday too at Avalon. Disco and Avalon are two blocks away from each other. You maybe able to get back into Disco as well if you want to drop in on Avalon. |

| awesome.. i am gonna be on li fri..my cousin is getting married... iam coming to the city for sat and sun nights...staying at the radisson on 51st (i think its by lexington) anyway will low end most likely come on at like 12 or like 2 cause i kind of want to go by crobar and check it out but im thinking of going there first then to disco for le then to spirit like way late...what do you think the best plan is in order to go to both...thanx |
