and that is bad how? Integration is actually a smart idea, since it reduces prejeduces and helps people actually understand each other. The problem in some parts of europe is the lack of integration.

I somehow closly associate liberalism -an individual is free to do as he/ she pleases, provided that they do not interfer with someone else's doing- as the basis for the western culture. Isn't it in the middle eastern countries -sorry for my generalization, for i do not know any better- that the government dictates a lot of things that many people believe should be up to the individual? |

No, that doesn't say enough. Making these aspects legal makes it more feasible for the government to regulate them. Also, making them legal disassociates them from organized crime as the traffic is easily monitored, taxed and whatnot. It makes perfect logical and legal sense to legalize these institutions. Unfortunately, many people's firm belief in a vague notion of God and religion has hindered the process. Do you think there is any less prostitution and drug-trafficking in the U.S. (where they are illegal) than in Netherlands?
Van Gogh did not insult many Muslims and Jews. To me an insult is a statement meant to incite without any relevance or evidence. He made several comments and movies backed with hard evidence (with none other than a female ex-Muslim) that alot of religious people took personally because of their own insecurities. The truth hurts sometimes.

The undisputible fact of the matter is that Muslims cannot be integrated into liberal European society. Their goal is to conquer Europe, and indeed the world. Get them out before it's too late.
As for Canada, it's becoming a hole like the countries those people come from. Canada should be a shining example for others to aspire to; we shouldn't sink to their level.

ShadoWolf, you miss the greatest thing about your society - multi cultureism. Canadas "culture" would be nothing but without it, this is what makes canada interesting and great. The muslims wont "take over" your country, most muslims here still maintain western values, although there are extreame cases wherenot.
Go Canada and large scale imigration :) |
