I used to work for an outsourcer here in Kingston for T-Mobile....we did the activation side of things though. Its an easy job for the money and you can move up quicky. I went from answering phone to the QA department, and now I am a supervisor, but I have switched over to one of our companies other clients (AT&T, but as of this past Monday, Cinglar).
So if you want an easy job for the $$, a call center may be right for you :P |
