The FCC should ban all Television and can't forget the radio also from this risque stunt. Maybe next the RIAA will sue children for downloading mp3's.

Are you serious? :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:

The ad was a bit out of line for normal television viewing I think. I mean, granted you couldn't see anything too harmful, it still wasn't appropriate for children. Primetime football is usually made pretty laid back and safe for anybody to watch. So I agree, it was a bit out of line for primetime Monday night T.V.
Matt
wtf? that is causing uproar?!!

If I was pissed out about anything, I'd be pissed about:

1) that totally redneck Monday night footbal clip that follows the dropped towel scene
2) How horrible and boring the NFL is

12-Year-Old Sued for Music Downloading

12-year-old's mom settles with RIAA, P2P association pays the bill

Look at the bottom where it has related links. If there ever was a cause for tort reform it would be there. An obvious abuse of the legal system by the RIAA (a non-profit corporation that is tax exempt).
