u need to be living in that particular city for at least a yr,
AND u need to sign off on a document permitting them to do
a FULL background check (investigation) on you.
You also need to be nominated by a current member, who MUST
interview you at your residence with another mason present with him.
Already seems suspect 2 me - why the background check?
