does anyone have any idea what font is the technics logo? like the vandit logo is bold italic all caps arial (or something like that). is the technics logo some font or is it just their own font? if there's no font that's exactly the same as the technics font then does anyone know anything that's damn near to it. i need this info for one thing i'm trying to do.
thanks!:) |

BTW this is a great site for identifying fonts: http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
It came up with:
1 Volta T Medium (URW++ Font Style)
2 Volta Medium (Linotype Font Style)
3 Glouces MT Extended Bold (Agfa-Monotype Font Style)
4 Appleyard RR Bold (Red Rooster Collection Font Style)
5 URW Baskerville T Ultra Bold Wide (URW++ Font Style)
The first two look very close. |

If you have access to software that will allow you to open an eps file (like adobe illustrator, corel) go to www.brandsoftheworld.com and search technics. No font needed its the actual logo text converted to outline and is scalable! (rejoyce now)
