Hi Doctor, I'm not usually one for visiting doctors much but I've been having a few problems lately. You see I just broke up with my girlfriend, she cheated on me and I caught her with 2 guys in my bed, and I got really angry and punched a wall. And then I lost my job because they were downsizing and I think I took it personally. I can't seem to sleep, and my parents have been really hassling me and they won't give me any space. And I can't sleep lately, and my friends think I'm annoying because I'm really stressed out, and just teh other day I had a panic attack and ran away from everybody and lost the plot. |

In the US you need a prescription for it. However there are countries where you can buy stuff like that with no prescription.

of course, chances are in places like that, you might have to question what substance they are actually selling you. |
