Hi guys, I think you should use some compression on the kick drum, its got too much whoomph and it overpowers everything.

The structure and sounds used here remind me of paul van dyk, very up beat and bangin. The main running arpeggio part (sounds quite pizzicatto in the style of playing) is a bit bright/loud, maybe a touch of filtering or EQ would sort this.

I like the bassline, it sits well with the track and drives the melody along, especially when the track begins to build at around 3.30.

The effects used on the piano are really cool, its a nice melody it plays as well.

Overall, I'd say this is a really solid energetic track, good sounds and effects although there are some dynamic effects which could be used to help make the track sound a little cleaner, such as compression on the kick drum and cutting some of the high end on the arpeggio.

Hope this helps, keep up the good work guys.

hey Alan and Andrew,
sounds very pro:)
maybe you should put the high tones a bit higher. the fx sounds are very nice, piano sounds good. but this track doesn't beat Backfire:D

cheers,
Renco

i still have a sinus cold, so if any tweaking is needed, i can't tell after a single listen.

if you guys do anything at all before wednesday, let me know, else if i get the slot on cjsf, ill be blasting this tune, if that's cool?

i think i stuck a signalrunners track in the new eternal bliss due out any week now... pete's got a lot of solo production projects on the go atm, so he's been delayed.

overall, lots of great energy, as always, love the piano addition to this track. ill try to give more listens at the start of next week (mon-tues) after i get rid of this cold.

cheers alan and andrew!

Nice tune, like the sequence of the notes / melody a lot. The main thing I have to comment about is that it sounds lo-fi a little even for 160 kbps. But you guys maybe have not gotten to the mastering portion on it yet. Sending U a PM ;)

Nice as always, just a few pointers though...

As sed a few posts above^^^, compression on the kicks and maybe a few instruments toned down slightly but apart from that, wicked!

hey m8 ;)
mastering is great as always, i dont think i like the main lead too much, its melody ... its just so up and down all over the place u know, maybe it could be good if it were quiter to be more like a back synth... and it def. needs less reverb on it, other than that its kewl track
love the bass :)
ait talk to ya later
peace out

PS: best part is piano w00t

Nice intro, straight to the point, no messing around. Nice samples there. Firm bassline. The breakdown at 2:30 is great but I don't feel that the takeoff is hard enough. Percussion, leads, pads are good. The piano could have been amped up slightly. You should have used more fx sounds. I have only heard that ring modulatet weeeeow sound.
The outro is nice, just a little harsh ending! :)

I like this alot, absolutely a keeper!
