OK, so out of boredom, I took two copies of Brian Eno-An Ending(Leama & Moore RMX) And played them apart at 4 beats. (I have two copies because of a purchase mistake). Anyway, the voice clash really makes it a new, completely different sounding track, and a good one at that. Totally different notes in the vocals.

Have any of you ever expiremented withy that sort of thing if you have two of the same record? It's kind of like when you were kids and the chior teacher would make one part of the class sing the song and the second half sated in after the second verse. If so, with which records do you think sound the best?

Do you mean that you played one copy 4 beats behind of the other?

I've done this before but I played them exactly aligned with another and it made a similar sound to the echo/delay effect when the parameter is set very low.
