yeh, he had a few songs like that, where i was thinking...hmmm this is kinda cheesy, not really digging...and then after the break it got a really chunky bassline and changed direction, and i just started going nuts. roger sanchez plays his songs long...i think many songs lasted like 7mins...but becasue i was digging most of the stuff he was playing, i was happy i kept the songs extended.

Good to see that (for the most part) it was a fun night!

Funny moment going to the club, crossing the street towards the doors : car w/ 3 people dead stops in front of us, laughing, asks us if we're going into the club 'dressed like that??'. Said we weren't sure if they would let us in, but if they don't, we're going home. (turns out they were dressed down as well). Luckily, no problems.

Made it in there at 11:30. Ran into Special K, Jayx1, Michael, Sally, Igor and a couple other random friends. Wasn't really feeling the jazzy house the opening dj was playing, or the first 20 mins of Rogers set, but then it kicked in. Only ended up staying til 2:30, as Graham had it set in his mind to go to the Guv. Feeling a bit tired myself, left with him to drop him off, and headed home to get rest for the main event the next morning.

Never used the coat check or the bathroom, so I can't comment on Sally's complaints, tho sad to hear that happened. Lots of free booze handed out tho, which was cool.

Dallas I was nowhere NEAR drunk, but thanks for asking....
Just because they were giving out free booze doesn't mean I was drinking it.

Well it kinda like a last minute thing to go to LUST.I went with my friend Scott & Mike & my friend Damian (from Kitchener).I was lucky enough that Scott, Mike & I know the promoter Steve Ireson (thanks SO much Steve) & we went straight in with no cover or search and this was around midnite.

It was a good sized crowd and really glad to run into Natalie & Graham and another good friend of mine Anthony...I was kinda dissapointed that this club STILL only served 4 or 5 brands of beer:(

This was the first time hearing Roger S. live and he was pretty good..I didn't like him spinning back & forth with circuity style house & like a deep non-vocal house...I like my house music without any vocals & to be HARD:crazy: ...Otherwise he was ok and we stayed til 3ish

I agree that the washrooms we're bad & hopefully LUST will fix that problem.Thing is that I don't know when/if I will be back at LUST in the near future
