I have this and I can tell you that it's also perfect for long mixing.

Not bad. Software looks a bit cheesy but obviously that wouldn't mean it performs bad. Looks pretty nice for $300!

u just need an asio card, vinyls and the software? what are those things on the turntables on that video?

this soft is very powerfull and sounds very good. it's fully skinable, so it can looks like traktor, ssl ...

Maya 44 usb is the most popular sound card, works great(no latency) and cost only

My question is that, what if we bring laptops around with virtual DJ, how are we supposed to gound the tables to the laptop?...and is it safe to ground to a laptop?

I'm not expert but I'm convinced that it's not a problem. I ground my TTs to the card and I never had a problem, (100% quality timecode signal).

with a non asio sound card, the latency is big but you can cue & mix perfectly.
