Remember, I'm nearly 29 so we're near the same age. I was that sort a few years ago but luckily the haze malaise drifted away.
A lot of people I know just sit there and wallow in their own sorrow. I don't get it. The real secret is doing things that you like to do in an envorionment around people... and good things will come. Be out there with a smile on your face because you're enjoying yourself, that can only lead to others seeing your happiness and wanting to be part of it. |

Hehe.. I just moved up NH from NYC... coming up here has been rough and finding people to associate with has been even harder. People tend to look at me funny because of the fact I have this glow that says "HEY I'M FROM NYC, PAY ATTENTION TO ME" so I'm told by my co-workers up here. |
Well, I definitely acquired more of a swagger once I started living here. Yours just transcends outwards still...just like mine when I return home on the west coast. |

I went to a high school reunion and boy did that boost my confidence. They were the same age but sure didn't look it. Some people are just young at heart like us. :toothless Maybe it's the good music we listen and dance to.
Yeah, I think many younger people are just more willing to take risks. I never want to lose that!!
You know how young kids are so easy to meet people, including strangers. They just walk up to you and start blabbing away. I try to keep that essence. |
