Help me decide on what to do for New Years

OK, it's basically two choices for New Years Eve....
In San Francisco:
On NYE, Ferry Corsten is doing a _FIVE_ Hour Set. Plus I can check out like D:Fuse & Derrick Carter around the corner if they are by chance doing In and Outs on NYE at Ten15. It's Possible.
Then on Jan 1, John '00' Fleming is playing at Ten15....and I need my J00F fix.
In Los Angeles:
Well, Tiesto for six hours at a venue w/ a soundsystem. :p

Ferry is playing at Ten15. he will come on at around 11:30pm and play for five hours.
He also plays earlier in the night at Planet New Year, a three hour set.

I'm in the same situation but I think I'm still leaning towards Tiesto.
Ferry is one of my two favorite DJs and his set at 1015 last February was easily the best night of the whole year. And even though I'm sure Tiesto will put on a good show, I would simply prefer Ferry's style of trance for a night like NYE.
But I've spent countless Fridays at 1015 over the past couple of years and would kinda like to spend NYE at somewhere besides the same old venues. Plus I don't even wanna imagine how crowded it will be; I can barely handle the crowd when it's simply a normal night with PVD or Ferry, let alone Ferry on the biggest party night of the year.
With Tiesto, I've only seen him once this year and enjoyed his set more than I expected. Also it's at a big and different venue in LA (where most of my NYE friends live anyway). And I figure, how many times am I gonna have the chance to see Tiesto in concert. |

what's up, i'm wondering what the crowds are like @ 1015...
i'm hoping the answer is some smokin san fran honeys
i'm thinking abou't making the trip down for NYE, ferry and j00f are two parties that i could definately make the trip down for.
what about ticket prices? |

So that means, you can go to both Ten15 and Planet New Year and combined you get an 8-hour FERRY SET... Interesting!!!! :eyes: 8-Hours of FERRY.... I'm assuming Planet New Year is all ages! |

Planet New Year will probably suck... so I'm not even going to bother.

I would see Tiesto @ Ruby Sky 12/15 and Ferry on NYE. Plus you have Derrick Carter for a nice change of pace.
You just know Ferry going to be a home run.
I'm jealous. Its looking barren down here NYE. |

I would vote for Tiesto too!!!
:eyes: :eyes: :eyes: An almost 6 hr Tiesto "In concert" style set can not be missed!
However since I am a Ferry grouipe too I would see both of Ferry shows. Like woody said that is 8 hours of Ferry!:eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: All though you say "plant new years" is going to suck (why?) I would go just to see Ferry. Does a party really suck when Ferry is spinning?
( I didn't think so ) |

what makes nye in a club special? to me its just another night
i'd rather spend it with good friends at a house party and not deal with crowds and cheesy men |
