what an absolutely incredible night and it started before we even got. Adam and I arrived at YU too discover that my name + 1 was not on the door due to miscommunication with cousin :whip: after making 1000 calls we realised that we were going have to make it into YU on our own and not through the front door. After attempting to bribe the bar tender!lol we realised that only hope was to get through some back door, which we hope existed! Our friends Anna and Peter had made it in and they quickly moved to find that there was a fire exist at the back. After jumping over this 1000 metre high wall and Adam stacking it all over the place, we found the door. I was on the phone with Anna and she told me to knock on the door to know whether we were at the right one, after a couple of knocks realised that we were at the wrong one. We then saw another door about 10 metres to our left and then much to our suprise the door flung open, with this beam of light and thumping progressive beats as Adam and I pulled off mission impossible 3 to make in to see probably the best set of the year!

Well what can I say about Digweed, thumping progressive with hints of melody, tech and some house throughout to provide the PERFECT 3 hour prog set. I have never ever heard mixing like that in my entire life and those electro swooshes throughout his set added the perfect touch! Only track we were able to id was Matthew Dekay - Bad!lol but this honestly made the night so much better as we were "what the hell is this?" to like every track!lol enjoyed it very much and the added James Bond entry made it one of the finest nights of my life!

Big props to Sel and Keith, Anna and Peter and the biggest legend Adam, who never gave up hope, when we realised that our names weren't on the door!

what? no paruchutes, heavy gunfire, nor aerial acrobatics involved?
i'm dissapointed. did at least one of you's get to sleep with denise richards?

two thumbs up for sheer determination fellas :)

hahah there was just no way in hell we weren't getting in there

awsome set by diggers, mixing was top notch and the tunes were thumping. Its just a pity that he has absolutely no charisma behind those tables.. he looked extremely bored

non the less was an awsome awsome night :)

I always say this, but diggers is the most skilled DJ out there. His mixing is always flawless, seamless, and his sets are always smooth progressive goodness. Personally I like him best when he's got a slightly rough edge in his sets, something he's gone a little away from recently. He does suck in his crowd interaction tho, he always has, so that's to be expected.

And what's the best part of a digweed set? The fact you WILL NOT be able to ID any of the tracks for 6 months to come. He has an endless supply of promos, and he's not afraid to dig through them. Digweed is a master, I need to see him again.

sounds good, lucky buggers, i am jealous :(

I Love how dedicated Sid and Adam are to getting in, you guys are awesome:)

Yeah the music was very underground, and sometimes I find this boring, but not with Digweed, his skill and selection was so awesome, it really got the crowd pumping, :eyes: amazing!

HAHAHA that's a story to tell the grandkids or at your next gurnfest, whichever comes first.

reminds me of the two guys on the ibiza's children doco that jumped a fence to get into one of the clubs coz they couldn't get thru the front door lol.
