when i first had a shot at iding anything that sprang to my mind too, but i dug up scorchio and despite the similarities i figured it wasn't... figured it'd be like saying that some tune (can't remeber the name now) was a remix of gouryella - gouryella just cause it had the same bass line.
But hey, it's not been id'd yet so maybe... |

well, the point of REmixing is usually to make something that's quite, but not entirely unlike the original song ;) ... mixes are a different story - they're supposed to sound similar, but with a twist. the more i listen to track 05, the more i'm convinced that it IS a remix of "scorchio". if someone positively ID's it otherwise, then the song is a massive ripoff ;) |

| i dont see how this song has much to do with scorchio. I think this song is quite different than scorchio myself. I have the scorchio LP off deconstruction and the only remix on it is Emmerson's Late night dub which is not even close to this song. Keep up the good searching guys. If its a scorchio remix ive yet to see it |

| ok, this is only a suggestion... coz i haven't listened to this set yet..but track 10 could be 'Kid Vicious - Re-Form (DJ Tiesto Remix)' judging from what all you guys are saying about it's similarities to jan johnston - flesh (tiesto remix).. although i could be wrong..as im saying, i'm only suggesting..i'll download the set soon and see for myself |

No, 10 is not Reform, but I do like a lot. It's likely a promo. Almost all of the stuff played later in the set was crap anyway, I don't see why you'd want to ID it.

I think you all have this ID-ed correctly, however it would be interesting to note that the little sound effect that the song plays over and over (some kind of distorted vocals) is the same distorted vocals thingy that is in 'Boom - Boy vs. Girl' on Transport 4. the synths however sound nothing like it.. so.. it might be a rework or they just used that sound effect in two songs.. anyway, just thought i'd post that.
